"Runners, on your marks"


At 6AM Thursday, March 1st, I will be kicking off the first ever Beachbod-a-thon, where I'll do one of our Beachbody workouts every day until I've done them all!

Here is this week's schedule if you care to follow along. (I'll also try to post videos from time to time as I go through the process!)

Thursday 3/1: Ho' Ala ke Kino

Friday 3/2: Great Abs Guaranteed (The workout that started it all in 1999)

Saturday 3/3: Power 90 Sculpt 1-2 (The program that put us in the big time)

Sunday 3/4: Slim in 6 Start It Up (Our first number 1 infomercial)
Monday 3/5: Turbo Jam Learn & Burn (The program that broke all Beachbody sales records in 2006!)

Tuesday 3/6: Kathy Smith's Project You: Foundation (The icon puts Beachbody on the map)

Wednesday 3/7: Yoga Booty Ballet Beginner and Rehearsal (Here's where I leave my comfort zone)
