Merry Christmas

And so it's Christmas. What's it really mean?

It means one week to January first man! New Year's Resolution time. Ring up the sales!

Oh. No it doesn't. That's not what it means. Christmas is a day of giving... Of birth. (and for Mary, giving birth). So what's the CEO of a fitness company got to say about that in his blog?

Plenty! Because Mary's gotta want to lose that extra baby weight and yowza have I got a great six week program for her!

Oh. No. That's not what I want to say.

What I want to say is... On behalf of the Beachbody family, I want to wish you a very happy holiday and a joyful, merry Christmas.

And I'd like to urge everyone to extend the peace and truth we enjoy during this time of year to every day and to every action all year long.

Have a great holiday weekend!

I hope you and your family had a very Merry Christmas! Now Doug, Katie, and I are off to ring in 2006 with an international folk dance festival. It's wonderful to have so many tools available to help keep fit. Happy New Year!

Carl, you are a funny man. :)

Does this mean that you would've been mentioned in the bible as Mary's fitness guy?? That's kinda cool.

"..and then Joseph, Mary, Jesus, and Carl headed for Jerusalem when the baby was 8 days old, for Jesus' circumcision. Before they left, Mary and Carl signed on to WOWY, where Mary did her first post natal workout with several Beachbody friends. Joseph babysat."

Hey - it could've happened?!?! ;o)

*CHEERS*! to a NEW YEAR of renewed health and fitness!!
