An Insane One on One

Time to subscribe to Tony's One-On-One!

Along with Tony's real-life workout series, where you get to follow along with the man as he trains in his personal gym, last fall we released a sneak peek at ChaLEAN Extreme to people who were subscribed. Then at holiday time, we shipped a bonus DVD with Tony and his helpers. But if you're a subscriber this May, not only will you get Tony's personal "Recovery 4 Results" routine, but the best bonus ever is about to show up in the mail.

We are releasing the entire Plyometric Cardio Circuit (42 minutes) from the Shaun T's new Insanity series along with the May issue of One on One!

Not a sneak peak... an entire workout. But if you're wondering what kind of workout would be called "Insanity", here is a sneak peek of this program that will light up the fitness world in 2009:

Insanity is the most intense and thorough cardio-intensive program ever set to DVD. We expect it to launch in summer 2009 with a base Configuration of 10 workouts, including:

1. Dig Deeper/Fit Test

2. Plyometric Cardio Circuit

3. Cardio Power & Resistance

4. Cardio Recovery/Max Recovery

5. Pure Cardio/Cardio Abs

6. Cardio Abs

7. Core Cardio & Balance

8. Max Interval Circuit

9. Max Interval Plyo

10. Max Cardio Conditioning/Cardio Abs

Plus it will include the Insanity Fitness guide (which will be brief... we want you moving, not reading!), the Elite Nutrition guide and Wall calendar.

I don't think there could be a more perfect name for Shaun T's new workout!

That's awesome, Carl! I already subscribe to the One-on-One DVDs and to get a WHOLE workout to try out for Insanity is well Insane. What a gift! Another reason to look forward to May/June! Thanks, BB! :)

Awesome Carl! Any idea on pricing for Insanity yet? Or release date and pricing on the 4 new CLX+ workouts (which I hope will be available with only the workouts for those of us who already have a ball or three)?

Briggs warned me about this one the other day. High intensity intervals with short spurts of rest. This really piqued my curiosity - should be kickin! Great idea to give a sneak peak of it like this ...

This looks absolutely wonderful. My 48th birthday is coming up in July, and I have already told DH what I want for it!

Carl, how about some more intense resistance workouts, especially focusing on the legs. There seems to be alot of cardio programs.

Can we get a release date so I know when to notify the men in the white coats to come and get me?

Richard if you are looking for a lower body intensive program Chalene Extreme would be for you. It's killer for the legs especially the first month.

Got the Insanity DVD yesterday. Watched the workout last night. Was a little scared I couldn't finish it. Did the workout today. Sweat more than any of the P90's or one-on ones - even intervals - but got through it. Made my husband do the workout an hour later - he loved it - ex Basketball player - liked the B-ball moves. I can't wait to get the rest of the DVD's -- especially the max intervals and plyo ones - yeah this was great!! Good quality of production and cueing by Shaun T also!!
